Andi farms 10 hectares in Iphofen, Franconia, producing fresh, well-balanced wines that grow on Keuper soil – rich with ancient stone and minerals. Every year his harvest draws new and old friends, keen to work alongside and learn from this young, likeable and dedicated winemaker.
Grapes are direct pressed and aged in local, Franconian oak for approximately 8 months. A very fresh wine with plenty of structure and minerality. Passion fruit, a touch of pineapple and herbal notes, balanced out by some great Silvaner acidity.
